To start your AMI professional journey:

• Go to amionline.org
• Click on “My AMi Learning Management System” in the center of the web page, just beneath the navigation panel, then either log in with your existing credentials or press the "Register" button to setup a new "Profile".
• Set up your profile. Be sure to choose a selection at the very bottom of the Profile page where you will find the "AMi Certified Designations & Certifications" drop down menu. 
• You then select the Designation(s) you would like to purchase & pursue, or if you are looking for the 2 Alfa Romeo Courses, you select the (ARCN) Alfa Romeo Certified Network option. Lastly you MUST press save!
• Then, to access the courses, simply press the Learning Paths navigational button (open book looking icon) and begin with the top left course and work your way down until there are no courses left incomplete on the entire page. Once you are finished, you need to then contact us at [email protected] and we will open the next learning path in line for you, as well as record your progress.

• Once you are in your student profile, please check to see if it needs updating. You will also need to declare the certificate or professional designation you are pursuing.
• Once your certificate or professional designation is declared, you will be able to see how past courses map into the new program and what additional courses you will need to complete.

Managers overseeing front office operations within the modern collision repair facility are the cornerstone of most successful repair businesses. Regardless of the title, this certificate is ideal for those overseeing office staff and ensuring front office operations are running effectively and efficiently. This 40-credit hour professional designation builds off of AMi’s ACE Program by recognizing its core concepts and lessons.

Core Concepts taught in this program:

This designation recognizes those professionals that have not only achieved the AMi Collision Repair Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation, but have continued their studies to include an additional 60-credit hours for a total of 180-credit hours. Those holding this professional designation have extensive training and education in managing and leading a successful collision repair operation. This 60-credit hour professional designation requires the successful completion of the Accredited Consultant of Excellence (ACE/80 Credits) and the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM/40 Credits) plus an additional 60 AMi Certified Credit Hours.

Core Concepts taught in this program:

Collision Repair Estimators interact with customers, insurance staff, internal shop and office staff and more. The position requires sound people and office skills, the ability to be precise and detailed, possess an understanding of vehicle technology and knowledge of estimating and information software. Estimators play an important role in shop profitability and efficiency. The AMCE professional designation represents key knowledge areas of professional knowledge and skills (non-technical), technical damage analysis, and information and estimating systems. The AMCE designation requires training, testing and verification from AMi, ASE, & I-CAR® as well as testing in Information/Estimating System Providers. The AMi Accredited Master Collision Estimator (AMCE) professional designation identifies and recognizes the necessary knowledge and skills for an individual to be successful as a Master Collision Repair Estimator.

The AMCE Designation Requires:

AMi has aligned industry training into comprehensive educational curriculum, that once completed, provides certificates and professional designations for Collision Repair Customer Service Reps, Office Managers, Managers and Master-Level General Managers. Automotive Service Repair Master Automotive Managers are responsible for leading all activities within a repair operation to achieve positive sales and profitability. They ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the leadership of staff to perform quality vehicle repair and maintenance services. Service Repair General Managers also control costs through such activities as inventory and asset management, controlling outside purchases, implementing preventative maintenance programs for shop equipment, ensuring that quality service work is performed on customer vehicles on the first visit, and by ensuring compliance with environmental and safety procedures. Service Repair General Managers oversee the personnel development and human resource activities at their facilities to promote the effectiveness of every employee and team within the operation. These managers also promote their businesses and its services through exceptional customer interactions, making sure the operation is clean and presentable at all times, and by participating in sales promotions applicable to their business. The AMi Accredited Accredited Master Automotive Manager (AMAM) professional designation provides the groundwork for an individual to be successful as a Master Service Repair General/Shop Manager. This 60-credit hour professional designation builds off of AMi’s Automotive Service Repair Manager (AAM) designation by recognizing its Core content and providing the next level of training.

The Shop Foreman interacts with technicians, internal shop staff, customers and more. The Shop Foreman plays an important role in shop profitability and efficiency. The position requires sound technical and people skills, the ability to be precise and detailed, possess an understanding of vehicle technology, diagnostics and knowledge of coaching and mentoring. The AMi Shop Foreman Accreditation identifies and recognizes the necessary knowledge and skills for an individual to be successful as a Shop Foreman.

This On Demand Electric Vehicle Training Bundle contains 15 Sections (51 total hours/102 Credits) of strictly based EV training brought to you by Future Tech and AMi. After completing this bundle, you will be eligible to graduate with your AMEV Designation.
