Executive Director's Message Toni SlatonWhether you are a prospective or current student, an alumnus or alumna, or a member of the automotive service or collision repair industry, I am pleased you are taking this opportunity to learn more about the Automotive Management Institute (AMI).

Although you may have heard about AMI during one of many automotive management classes taught all over North America, one of the best ways to learn more about AMI is through this Web site. The site is designed to provide information to you quickly and in an easy to use format.

It is an honor and privilege to serve as executive director of AMI. For 20 years, automotive service and collision repair professionals have looked to AMI for the best management education in the industry. More than 1,480 alumni serving in various sectors of our industry can attest to the quality education they received from the Institute.

AMI has a faculty of more than 150 management experts to instruct the Institute's hundreds of approved accredited courses. And more than 72,000 automotive service and collision repair professionals have taken AMI courses in pursuit of the Institute's Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation.

I invite you to learn more about AMI by visiting various sections of this Web site. Be sure to check out our course calendar for a list of AMI management classes near you. We also have a wide array of self-study courses to help you achieve your goals at your own pace and at your convenience.

If you have any comments, questions or suggestions, feel free to e-mail me at tslaton@amionline.org.

Sincerely,

Toni Slaton
